How I see Life

When I look at life, as a whole, I realize that the true purpose of life is to realize our higher self, i.e. soul, & live in the soul, till our time comes to leave our body.

This state is also called the state of Samadhi.

When I look at the outside world, & thought to create something, I understand that nothing is going to stay forever, and either it will be replaced or change by something else.

If this is the outside reality, that keeps on changing, as people grow and evolve, then what is the true purpose of my life?

I have understood that, all the situations of life comes to make me grow & evolve from inside. If I create something, I grow from inside, if I fail, something changes inside, if I taste success, something grows inside, if there is pain, there is a lesson, if I am joyful, I can see my heart dancing inside.

Everything happens inside.

If my inner state is perfect, no matter what the situation is outside, it is taken care by nature. When everything is happening inside, & nothing in the outside world, stays forever, then I can conclude for myself, that the real life exists inside & not outside.

The situation comes & goes, to teach something. If I think, I have accumulated something, then in a moment, I can’t hold everything I have accumulated, & in this moment, I can only have what I need for this moment. This is the only reason, we suffer, at the time; we leave the body because we feel we have accumulated a lot, & all things seems like a waste.

When we exist on this earth, outside world will be created. But if our focus is entirely on the outside world, we will miss the real purpose of life.

My outside world is formed from my inner world. If I am blissful inside, I can laugh at the most drastic situation of the outside world, & if I am feeling sorrow inside, nothing of this world can satisfy my inner sorrow.

Either it’s the process of evolution, knowing spirituality, the religion, or the path of God; everything leads to the path of self-realization.

From Gautama Buddha to Jesus Christ, from Krishna to zarthu. , all have realized their higher self, & lived from that state of consciousness. This is what they called life.

When we look at the world, through our mind & senses, we live from the state of awareness, & all our thoughts revolve around the existence.

When the person is self-realized, he goes beyond the level of mind & senses, & look at the world from the state of consciousness. The state of consciousness is a state of wisdom. The state of Samadhi.

At this state, the sage is very much comfortable in the present moment, & any moment ready to leave this earth. Till the time, he has on this earth, he tries to share, all the wisdom, he has received, with the world, from his higher state of consciousness, but the people who are used to see the world from the state of mind & senses, for them it gets difficult to understand the world that is described from the state of higher level of awareness.

Everyone has a deep desire to understand the world, & it’s a fate of everyone, that one day, they will know the truth about life. From the time, we are born; our process starts to reach towards the state of realization.

Every soul has its own path, to take him to the state of perfection.

In the outside world, there is nothing called perfection. We only see our own state of mind in the outside world. So the outside world will be perfected, if we all gets self-realized, at one go. That seems not possible.

Life is eternal. Many more soul will come on this earth, play their part, & will start their inner journey to the state of self-realization.

How somebody can start the journey on the path of self-realization or can realize his higher self?

We have learnt a lot about god, spirituality & about the path of self-realization. But all our understanding is at the level of awareness & when we try to understand the state of consciousness, from the level of awareness, misunderstanding bound to happen, & unnecessary fear cripples in, & we are afraid to set a foot on the path.

The spiritual path is just like any other path, & if we know how to be successful in a business, or how to realize our dream, then it will be easier for us to realize the path of life.

When we train our self to be an athlete or a sports person, we learn about that sport as much as we can & apply it in our life, & live with it twenty-four hours of the day, the same happens, on the path of self-realization.

To be a cricketer & to show the dedication towards the sports, do I have to get away from anything? All I have to do, is to put all our attention on the path, & try to get better on the path, soon we will develop a confidence, & belief in our self, & we will move stronger on the path.

Nothing happens in one day. It took six long years for Gautama Buddha to reach towards the state of enlightenment & twelve years for Mahavira, to claim his state.

We have crossed many paths of the evolution process so we may take a year or two years to achieve this state if our longing to know the truth is the longing of our heart.

All the confusions sets in, when we try to live out of what we know, from the past. We should try all the different paths possible, & remember you will learn something with every action, you take on this path.

It’s all about choice. Once we make a choice, on this path, each day some signs will be revealed to you, to take you forward on this path.

When we start evolving from inside, we can better understand the outside world, & the life becomes more smooth & peaceful outside. The outside world is a reflection of what’s going on inside you.

When you look at the synchronicity in every situation of life, you understand, how futile your tension & stress actually is, & the nature takes care of everything that’s needed, for that moment of life.

On the path of life, each day, we get a sign to follow. It’s not like a dream world, but each day, we get a thought that helps us to evolve, or give us better understanding about life. If we start applying those thoughts, more such thoughts are shared with us to accelerate our process. Figure out the path, taken by the sage to attain & confirm his state of enlightenment & you will realize the importance of unknown.

Our heart knows the language of the soul. All the process of evolution starts at the level of the heart. If we go to the temple, we feel emotional. If we get married, or the child is born into our family, or our relationship with our friends & family serves the emotional purpose.

Once we learn to figure out the emotional language, we can grow with it, & apply in every situation of our life.

When I see the situation of a moment is not going the way I want, then first thing, I should look into my inner feeling. If my inner feeling is hugely disturbed by the situation, then I have to pull myself back, & do something, to fill my heart with joy.

Once I start feeling good inside, I can come back to the situation, & then either I will have a proper solution for that situation, or I will have a better view or heartily acceptance of that situation.

We need lots of awareness & alertness on the path. Each moment has to be noticed sharply. Recognize all the events that happen in your life. See the behaviour of the people around you. If somebody behaves not so good with us, than look into your heart, & you will realize that, you were already sad, & somebody came & push the button.

From the next time, you will be more careful, & when somebody misbehaves, you will not check their behavior, but you will notice, what was going on inside you, & you will make the correction in yourself.

The whole existence supports the process of self-realization, & all things happen for the reason. All the life’s situation is in your favour. It’s just that you have to develop an eye to see the wonder at each moment.

The state of enlightenment happened to Gautama Buddha, when he understood, all the aspects of his mind, be it a mechanical part of the brain, that takes care of the body, or the logical mind that makes a calculative moves, & looks for the security or the imaginative mind, who draws the inspiration from the soul, for the manifestation of all the creativity on this earth.

When Gautama Buddha surpasses, all the chaos of the mind, & reached to the state where the thought ceases to exist, he has experienced the state of enlightenment.

The state of enlightenment is a process happens inside us, & is not available in the outside world.

If everything is happening inside, can we find god outside?

God was always realized within our self, but out of ignorance & lack of awareness, we try to search in the outside world.

When somebody is sitting within you, how do you expect to realize somewhere else?

When we go deeper inside, many beliefs of the outside world gets shattered. The whole world is perfect outside, all the correction & changes & improvement our needed in the inside world.

The sages don’t look at the world out of mystery, but they see the world out of wonder & awe. But the ordinary mind, out of ignorance gets caught up in an illusion, & the thing that he can’t understand for himself, he claims it to be a mystery & live the thing, as it is, without doing, any real work on it.

Everything thing on this earth has its nature. The dog has its nature, the cow has its nature, the plant & tree, & animals & human, all have its nature. The existence works out of the nature of each individual.

Out of nature, each individual attracts the situations & circumstances of his life. Your very nature is a game of your mind that needs to be understood.

When we cross a path, & when we know, around the corner, there is a mad dog, which bites, everyone who passes by; do we still go closer to that dog? The dog will behave out of nature, so we have to be careful & not that; we try trial & error method with the dog.

But when we come across people, who will behave out of their nature, we don’t try to understand them, but judge them, criticize them & create an image of them, to carry along with us for the future.

Nature is a belief, created from the past experiences of life. It’s difficult to drop the past altogether, but as we go on accumulating new experiences of life, on the basis of truth, the old beliefs are left behind, & we design altogether a new future for our self.

Now, this is real work, & the one who is willing to work on him will bear the fruit of it. When we work on our self, to grow & evolve with our life, the existence serves us with its support, & we attract similar kind of situations & circumstances in our life, that serve the purpose in our life.

“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. – Lao Tzu.
