Life is viewed from different perspectives. There are two perspectives out of which we can comprehend life. Relative and absolute. Relative is the one, that you live day in day out and the absolute is the universal for every individual.
Many don’t even believe, that some higher understanding exists, beyond their usual way of looking at life. But this belief can only be changed, if the person himself experience life, beyond his normal perception towards life.
Why it’s important to experience the absolute truth?
Well if life has been limited to our relative perception, than it would have been alright, but that’s not the case. Life itself holds the universal view, and unfolds accordingly. That’s the only reason, many go on projecting life in different ways, and still never get hold of it.
The universal truth of life can only be lived. You can only become one with it. There is no way you can prove the absolute, except by living and breathing it every moment.
The life as a whole unfolds with the absolute truth. The humans too hold the potential to realize the absolute and can create life according to the natural principles of life. The natural principles or natural laws are not the rigid rules of life, but it’s simply the way the life unfolds.
You can choose to live your life, according to the perception of your mind, or you can strive for the truth, which is way, beyond your mind can ever comprehend. The mind wants to know, while the experience of absolute truth happens when the mind completely dissolves itself.
The mind is you. The mind is ego. With the individuality, the life remains limited to you. It’s you who think, feel and act. Its very limited circle of life. You only take a round within yourself. You may think, different things, but you cannot think beyond yourself.
To strive for the absolute truth, is to drop yourself and look for life that is happening beyond yourself.
Either you look outside or within, you have no clue what is happening in this world. Your life remains limited to your thinking, feelings, actions, needs, wants dreams and desires that is constantly taking a round in you.
The absolute truth allows you to break the boundaries of yourself. Everyone wants to be free, but the true liberation happens, when you are ready to drop yourself. You are the one, who is holding your liberation.
Your freedom doesn’t come from outside, but your freedom comes when you are ready to drop yourself absolutely.
With the mind, the life is limited. You just cannot see the truth behind anything. All the situations, people, and events are only perceived out of the impressions or experiences you carry for them from the past.
The absolute truth directly allows you to see the truth behind life. You don’t see the person, situations or events as it is, but you see the past and future of it. You don’t get caught up in the momentary deception, but you always hold the broader perspective towards life.
The absolute truth shows you the clear picture of everything. The absolute truth is nothing but the state of mind without prejudices. Your mind is free from all the experiences and impressions, and you can look straight into the things that is happening in the moment.
You don’t have your thoughts to analyze or evaluate life, but you have the eyes to directly look into life.
With the experience of the absolute truth, you realize the formation of life. Life has a certain way to unfold, and the way becomes clear with the absolute truth.
With the mind, the life remains limited to the thinking, feelings, or imagination. With the absolute truth, you realize another aspect of life that work deeper beneath your mind.
Life is no way limited to the things that is happening in your mind, but the mind too gets influenced by the energy that works in your body. You have the life energy that decided the different movements of your mind.
The quality of your thinking and imagination depends on the quality of the life energy that moves within your body. To understand the natural process of life, it’s very important to understand the movement of life energy within the body.
The mind gives you clarity of nothing. You cannot understand anything with the mind. Whatever you understand with the mind, always remains temporary, and as the time pass by, your understanding too about the particular subject or object, changes with the time.
When it comes to the absolute truth, you cannot rely on the mind. The mind is a reflective mirror where the life gets reflected. The truth never happens with the mind, but it happens to the mind.
When the mind becomes still in the moment, the truth reflects in the mind. The mind is just like a silent river, where the moon from the top of the sky reflects itself.
Unless your mind becomes as still as the river, the absolute truth can never reflect on your mind.
Remember no effort is required from the mind towards the truth, except the stillness.
The silent river doesn’t make any effort, but just remains still and the moon reflects. In a similar way, all the efforts of the mind is required, is to become still. The truth reflects at the right moment.
All the practice from meditation to yoga, from pranayama to running or any form of physical exercise serves the purpose to still the mind. Once the mind is still, most of the work is done, as in the still mind when nothing remains, the space gets created for the truth to reflect.
The process of awakening or enlightenment or self-realization is to experience that absolute truth in the still mind. The truth happens only in the state of nothingness.
When your mind is absolutely empty, you can have a clear vision for life. When you see the outside world with the eyes, it seems like the eyes is the one that allows you to experience the world, but that’s not the truth.
The eyes is merely an instrument to see the outside world, just like a telescope to see far-fetched thing. The eyes is an instrument to see, but the one who sees the outside world is the mind. It’s the mind that see from the eyes, and captures the things from the outside world.
Whatever you capture through the eyes, becomes the impressions or experiences in the mind, and the same experiences or impressions rotates in you in different forms of thoughts, feelings, imagination, dreams, and desires of life.
Truth liberates because it allows you to see the things, as it is. You understand the actual formation of life. You consider everything as part of you, as everything goes inside of you, but you never realize, whatever happens in your mind is only comes from outside.
The mind doesn’t carry anything of its own, but it capture everything from outside, and stretch them into different experience, impressions or dreams of a person.
The magic of the mind is that it knows how to stretch your past into the future, and create a circle out of it. All the relative truth is nothing more than a daily circle of life created by the mind.
The point here is, the higher truth exists, that makes you one with the universal truth, that which life itself follows. You can know the absolute truth for yourself and become one with the eternal process of life.
Your daily life doesn’t change by knowing the absolute truth, but you see the same life with different perspective. Your approach to go about the things get change. You don’t get caught up in the silly aspects of life, but you see the actual truth behind it.
